Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions that enable seamless communication between our clients and their customers. As a Software Engineer at mNotify Company you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet the needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
– Design, develop, and maintain software applications and systems for our A.I. Powered CPaaS and Chatbot platforms.
– Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and define project objectives.
– Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
– Perform code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to established guidelines.
– Troubleshoot and debug software issues to identify and resolve technical problems.
– Implement and maintain automated tests to ensure the reliability and scalability of software systems.
– Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our products and processes.
Skills and Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, I.T., or a related field.
– Proven experience as a Software Engineer, preferably in a CPaaS or telecommunications environment.
– Strong proficiency in programming languages; Laravel, PHP, JavaScript, Python, Vue.js
– Knowledge of GraphQL APIs and RESTful API design and development.
– Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Microsoft Azure.
– Proficiency in relational and non-relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
– Source Code Management: Expertise in Git and SVN for source code management.
– Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
– Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (e.g.CI/CD pipelines).
– Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and Project Management.
– Project Management: Familiarity with Jira, Bitbucket Trello, for project documentation and management.
– Experience with Google Cloud and Machine Learning tools is an added advantage.
