Responsibilities: 

  • Consultative Sales Approach: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their unique challenges and objectives to recommend tailored CPaaS solutions. 
  • Strategic Partnership Building: Develop and nurture strong client relationships through proactive outreach and personalized service, positioning [Your CPaaS Company Name] as their preferred digital solutions partner. 
  • Solution Design and Presentation: Craft compelling proposals and presentations that showcase the value of our CPaaS capabilities in meeting client needs and achieving business goals. 
  • Collaboration and Expertise: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and technical experts to deliver comprehensive, integrated solutions. 
  • Market Insight and Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor offerings, leveraging market insights to continuously enhance our service offerings and drive revenue growth. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably within the tech industry. 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. 
  • Strong understanding of the CPaaS market and customer needs. 
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a results-driven mindset. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • Experience with CRM software and sales tools. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Objectives & Key Results for the Role 

  1. Objective 1: Drive Revenue Growth 
  • Key Result 1: Achieve X% increase in sales revenue from CPaaS solutions compared to the previous quarter. 
  • Key Result 2: Close X new accounts per quarter with an average contract value (ACV) of $X. 
  1. Objective 2: Expand Customer Base and Market Presence 
  • Key Result 1: Increase the number of active clients using our CPaaS solutions by X% within the fiscal year.
